In 1994, Patrick O’Donnell founded the independent label Škoda Records, based in Washington, DC, which was active through the early 2000’s (most notably releasing records by the Czech band Už Jsme Doma). Seasonal Affective Disorder, the Album, is his fourth solo album. He lives in New York City.
